Everyone has the right to a fair trial.
Every person charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Our role is to investigate your case thoroughly and provide expert guidance and representation throughout the proceedings from the point of arrest. We will keep you informed on the progress of your case and will endeavour to achieve the best outcome for you.
You may also qualify for legal aid which is means tested. Our first hour consultation is free of charge. Should you not qualify for legal aid, we are happy to provide an estimate of our fees. Fees will depend on the seriousness of the offence, the volume of material to be covered and the complexity of the case.
